Brad York, CSP
Brad York began his safety career while in the Navy serving as a Laser safety officer. Brad was also a Safety manager for field service engineering, diving operations and two submarine construction projects. After retiring from the Navy, he provided safety consulting for Colt Manufacturing to realign their safety management system and training to the management team improving compliance and the overall safety culture within the Hartford facility. Brad is currently a Sr. EHS specialist at Medtronic supporting research and development chemical and biology labs and surgical robotic development in North Haven, CT, Boston, MA, and Woburn, MA. Brad earned his B.S. in Environmental Science from American Military University and M.S. in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. He currently holds a CSP and Technical Laser safety certification among others.
