Our December meeting will be a joint AIHA/ASSP meeting to be held on Wednesday December 13, 2023 at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals facility in Danbury, CT. This will be a daytime meeting from 11:00am to 2:00pm and include lunch. The meeting will include:
- A tour of BI’s new laboratory for handling new active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
- A review of the containment features and equipment to control exposures to APIs in the lab.
- Overview of the BI’s surrogate monitoring principles used to validate containment.
- Lunch consisting of various sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

Due to Boehringer’s Security Procedures, all guests must be preregistered. Please register online with your attendance by 5pm on Wednesday December 5, 2023.
This event is limited to 30 participants, so please only register if you are serious about attending. You will be contacted prior to the event to confirm your commitment to attend.
