CT Valley ASSP Chapter Meeting

Join the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Connecticut Valley Chapter for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Walk Bridge Project, one of Connecticut’s most significant infrastructure initiatives. This in-person tour offers participants the opportunity to witness first-hand the construction progress, engineering techniques, and innovative solutions involved in replacing the historic Walk Railroad Bridge.

Led by project experts, the tour will feature

• Insights into design challenges and solutions
• Updates on project timelines and milestones
• Q&A session with engineers and project managers
• Lunch will be included for all participants.

PPE Requirements

All attendees must wear sturdy safety boots, a hard hat, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest. Please arrive with your own personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure access to the construction site.
